The Official 18-Week Breakdown
Phase I: The Foundation
Weeks 1-4 • Internal Stability
Goal: Resetting the "Hardware" so the "Software" can run.
Week 1: Welcome to the Lab
The Gap Hook: "You are here because the system says you're 'fine' because you have a job, but you know you're drowning. We stop pretending here."
Week 2: Boundaries as Energy Defense
Addressing the "Fawn Response" (people pleasing) used to avoid conflict.
Week 3: Body Autonomy (Healthcare)
Addressing the "Age 26 Cliff" and finding affirming care in a red state.
Week 4: The Time Keeper
Reframing "laziness" as "Functional Freeze."
Phase II: The Strategist
Weeks 5-7 • Immediate Resource Security
Goal: Hacking the daily budget to find freedom in the margins.
Week 5: Inflation Fighter (Food)
Gap Strategy: "You don't qualify for SNAP. That means we have to hack the grocery store."
Week 6: Resource Allocation (Budgeting)
Budgeting isn't restriction; it's telling your money where to go so you don't wonder where it went.
Week 7: The Tax Reclaim
Gap Strategy: "Your tax refund is your biggest paycheck. Do not let the government keep it."
Phase III: The Wealth Builder
Weeks 8-10 • Future Access
Goal: Overcoming "Financial Nihilism" and buying options.
Week 8: Credit Blueprint (Access Keys)
Credit isn't debt; it's a "Trust Score" for landlords.
Week 9: The Freedom Machine
Navigating KCMO as a car-dependent city. Avoiding "Buy Here Pay Here" lots.
Week 10: The Wealth Generator
Gap Strategy: "You don't have a pension. You have to build your own safety net."
Phase IV: The Fortress
Weeks 11-13 • Environmental Safety
Goal: Securing the physical space against systemic threats.
Week 11: Sanctuary (Housing Defense)
Dealing with the "Troost Divide," Gentrification, and Slumlords.
Week 12: Co-Living (Safe Belonging)
"Rent is too high to live alone. We must learn to live together without killing each other."
Week 13: Street Defense (Systemic)
Westport/Plaza policing, "Walking While Trans," and specific dangers for Black Trans Women.
Phase V: The Launch
Weeks 14-18 • Self-Actualization
Goal: Earning Income & Respect through Employment or Entrepreneurship.
Week 14: The Hustle Translator (Resumes)
Gap Strategy: Validating that "Survival Jobs" (DoorDash, Caregiving) are real experience.
Week 15: The Founder's Track (Split Session)
